This is how we do things in the mountains, with dedication and the right blend of ingredients. We work our dough slowly, using selected flours, good water and the time it takes to make it tasty and digestible. In addition to our classic dough, we offer doughs made with old-style, wholemeal or gluten-free flours, so there’s something for everyone. We then add selected, high-quality ingredients. Each week, we offer a ‘special’ pizza, because we believe in keeping our ideas fresh.
